Aviv Shahar is the founder of Amber Network. His passion is to help leaders and teams develop their purpose and realize their potential for greatness. He is committed to promoting the best in people towards enhanced creativity and competence. He consults managers on business and leadership and helps create radical trust and appreciation where team integration, innovation and clarity of vision are critical to success.
Aviv coached top managers from Hewlett-Packard, Webex Communications, Northrop Grumman Corp, Xerox, Emeritus Assisted Living, Honeywell, Cisco Systems, Kellogg's, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Berkeley National Labs, Potlatch Corp, The Rockefeller University, US Department of Interior and the US Department of Defense.
As a consultant, a coach, an author and a speaker, Aviv has extensive experience in helping executives improve effectiveness, strategic thinking, collaboration and innovation in the US, Israel, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
Aviv's experience in coaching for high-level performance in critical operations goes back to his experiences as a fighter pilot where he was responsible for training other fighter pilots in the Israeli Air Force.
In his non-profit pursuits Aviv has facilitated groups in Israel and the US for over 25 years in their community development work through personal evolution and integral spiritual journey. He brings his rich experience in management, philosophy, education, personal development and spiritual growth, which he synthesizes into an integral whole-person-development methodology in his seminars, retreats and workshops.
Aviv created the “Blue Belt” top-talent development programs for Hewlett-Packard and the praised “Emerald Keys to Success”. Aviv’s writings have been published by the Pfeiffer Annuals, The AMA Best of the Best, T+D and The Futurist.
